High School Drama Department Receives Grant

The Sauk Prairie High School Drama Department is pleased to announce that it has received a Sauk County Arts and Culture Committee Good Idea Grant to help offset production costs of its recent performances of "As You Like It."

This means SPHS Drama was supported in part by a grant from the Sauk County Arts & Culture Committee and the Wisconsin Arts Board, with funds from the State of Wisconsin.

Sauk Prairie High School Drama Director Eric Brehm, expressed heartfelt gratitude for the generosity of these organizations and for their assistance in helping bring Shakespeare back to the Sauk Prairie School District

and its surrounding area.

The drama department would also like to recognize SPHS sophomore Stella Osiedacz for her efforts in helping the department apply and secure this grant. Stella played the character of Touchstone in the drama department's "As You Like It" performances.
