Co-Op Athletic Only Enrollments

The Sauk Prairie School District has entered into cooperative agreements with other area school districts so athletes from those districts may participate in certain sports through the Sauk Prairie High School. Athletes from the specific districts listed below may submit the athletic only enrollment paperwork to join the listed sport.

• Winter- Boys Swim- Wisconsin Heights

• Winter-Boys Hockey-Wisconsin Heights, Mt Horeb, River Valley, Barneveld

• Winter-Wrestling- Wisconsin Heights

• Spring-Boys Lacrosse- Baraboo, Lodi, Wisconsin Heights

Please submit the following required documentation to the Sauk Prairie High School Athletic Office or the Sauk Prairie School District District Registrar:

• Verification of Student's Legal Name and Age (please present one of the following):

  • Birth Certificate

  • Passport

• Enrollment paperwork (links below)

Homeschool Enrollments for Only Athletics or Extra-Curricular Activities
Sauk Prairie School District policy allows a student who resides in the school district and is enrolled in a home-based private educational program to participate in interscholastic athletics and extra-curricular clubs/activities in the school district on the same basis and to the same extent that it permits pupils enrolled in the school district to participate.

Please visit the Sauk Prairie Middle School or High School athletics pages for more information about the athletic options available. There are no athletics at the elementary level. For information about the extra-curricular activities available, please contact the appropriate school office.
