Special Education
Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), each student with a disability has his or her own individualized education program (IEP), developed by an IEP team to maximize the student’s gifts.
The Sauk Prairie School District provides a range of services for students with disabilities. These include support from special education teachers, speech/language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and vision and hearing specialists as well as other student services staff.
